Bodywork Booking Request
Many clients prefer to use the Booking Request Form as the online calendar shows limited availability. First time clients, please use this form.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
All cancellations or appointment change requests should be made as soon as practical.
We would appreciate at least 72 hrs. notice for any change to or cancellation of your appointment.
Cancellations made within 72 hours will be billed at 50% of the service fee.
"No show" Appointments, cancellations inside of 48 hrs or "Day Of" cancellations will be charged in full.
All consumer workshops and Gift Certificates, once purchased are final, and no refunds can be given if purchaser or recipient fails to schedule or changes their mind.
Re-booking Policy
Any cancellations or re-bookings resulting in funds placed on account must be used within 90 days from the original payment date. Re-booking these is allowed one time only. After 90 days, no refund will be issued, and the funds will be forfeited.
