Ancient Lomi Lomi Journey
This sacred healing practice from Hawai'i embodies the essence of self-care and the loving energy of Aloha. Ancient Lomi Lomi is a flowing, transformative treatment that facilitates the release of emotional and conceptual layers, allowing a deeper inner awareness to emerge. Limiting beliefs, thoughts, and emotions—manifested in patterns of physical tension—are gently shaken loose, creating space for wholeness and freedom to arise.
Through the deeper movement of this practice, these impactful energies are released into the sphere of acceptance, enabling one to respond to life from a place of greater balance and clarity. The result is a reconnection to one’s own essence and an awakening to the positive energy of everything that surrounds us.
Each Lomi Journey is unique, unfolding in a way that is distinct for every individual, and differing each time it is experienced. The combination of the ancient lineage, energetic touch, breath, movement, music, and the core intention of Aloha creates a fluid, transformative experience. It offers a truly unforgettable body—or "out-of-body"—experience, bringing profound relaxation, inner peace, and joy, ultimately leading to a renewed mind-body balance.
Duration: 2.5 to 3 hours
Includes: Time for goal-setting and discussion, ritual Pi Kai, Pule (prayer), and time to "talk story" or process and discuss your experience after.
Due to the intensive nature of this treatment, I offer the Ancient Lomi Journey only twice per week.

Recipients should not eat for at least 2 hours prior to the session and not plan anything strenuous for several hours after.

Esalen Massage
Esalen® Massage is a unique form of Bodywork developed over the last 40 years at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. A truly wonderful somatic experience that touches the mind as well as the body. Through oil application with light to medium pressure and slow full long rhythmic strokes, the practitioner evokes awareness, a sensory “coming home.” The practitioner follows rather than leads to untangle stressed muscles, creating an experience of deep relaxation supporting the natural ability of body and mind to self-heal. Assisted movement or stretches can be applied to free up old holding patterns, and frequent pauses give time for assimilation, energetic re-balance, and a sense of well-being. The Classic Esalen® inspired experience of 75 minutes is offered as standard with a possibility to expend the beautiful treatment.

The Deep Squeeze Please
For those who crave the sensation of deeper work, this is my interpretation for those familiar with Deep Tissue and Myofacial Release. Dissolve stress with firm (not deep) pressure, traction, kneading, stretching emphasizing friction over glide. While i am not an advocate of deep tissue work, I recognize that some people simply have a preference for the sensations of deeper touch. This will not be the "Deep Tissue" or "MFR" that you get somewhere else but rather my unique blend of calm, fluidity and movement with less glide. It incorporates manual massage tools such as rollers & electric percussion tools.
A unique full body treatment that will leave you feeling worked on, stretched and kneaded. If that is relaxing for you, great - that's the goal.

Certified under Elaine Stillerman's well respected Mothermassage® program, I use careful techniques specifically considering safety, comfort, ease of breathing and stress relief for pregnant women up through delivery and including postpartum massage treatments. Learn more here
Use of customized patented safety cushions allows for traditional lying on the belly and on the back or with the mother lying on her side or in modified traditional positions. These treatments typically focus on neck, shoulders, lower back, abdomen and feet as the mother to be adjusts to the new distribution of body weight and enormous rapid other changes in in her body.
I apply the appropriate modality: soothing, calming, nurturing Swedish massage in an environment of safety, respect, and support that addresses the physical and emotional needs of you, the client.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Vodder® Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage
MLD is a specialized form of soft tissue mobilization that gently assists the lymphatic system in maintaining the body’s fluid balance, blood circulation, and immune mechanisms. And the Vodder® Method is the gold standard of techniques. The system’s network of vessels and nodes contains lymph, a mixture of water, proteins, waste products, and other remnants of cell metabolism. Lymph nodes, which filter out the debris, are found throughout the body, with especially large groups of them in the neck, axilla and groin. These major collections of lymph nodes ensure that the lymph passes through as many nodes as possible before it returns to the circulatory system.
During a lymphatic drainage session, a certified, specially-trained therapist uses a series of motions over the client’s body. The light rhythmic movements, applied without oil, stimulate the lymphatic system without compressing the vessels – allowing lymph to move through the tissues and lymph nodes.

Full Body Detox - Vodder® Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage
This MLD treatment involves gentle strokes throughout and working your entire lymphatic system. As an alternative to the targeted treatment above, which is ideal for post op recovery and specific medical conditions, this treatment works the entire lymphatic system to speed up the process of draining excess fluid from the body's tissues (bloating) and helps detoxify the body of metabolic wastes. Importantly, it can also stimulate the functioning of the immune system, making it an essential tool for the body's overall wellness. It is important to note that MLD is not body sculpting. The visual results are subtle but you are treating the body as a whole and it is highly beneficial.

We happily make mobile calls to homes, hotels and boats throughout Martha's Vineyard. From a 6 a.m. wake up calls to a 10 p.m. in-room massage after a late flight, we do it all. We bring everything from table warmers, peaceful music, cold water and towels. We can accommodate individuals or groups. Let us make your home or hotel room into a spa and never bother with getting dressed or driving home! add $150 for most down island locations, $ 225 for most up-island residential locations within 20 miles.

We are available to be booked out for half day or full day spa parties, bachelorette parties, girls weekends, retreats, bridal showers and pre or post-wedding parties. Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request that all cancellations or appointment change requests be made as soon as possible.
To ensure the best experience for all clients, we ask for at least 72 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations.
Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
No-show appointments or cancellations made within 48 hours or on the day of the appointment will be charged in full.
Re-booking Policy
Any cancellations or re-bookings resulting in funds placed on account must be used within 90 days from the original payment date. Re-booking these is allowed one time only. After 90 days, no refund will be issued, and the funds will be forfeited.
